Taekwondo

Aerobic Kickboxing

Aerobic kickboxing is a lower-impact, high energy way to get fit, lose weight, and have fun. ISSA-certified personal trainer Grand Master M’Hammed Bouabdellaoui leads an hour long aerobic excercise class multiple times a week. Combining a variety of exercise, kickboxing, and strength training routines to heart pounding music, USA Tae Kwon Do’s aerobic kickboxing classes will help you reach your full athletic potential.
